At Our Uniform Studio, we understand the importance of providing high-quality uniforms that meet the needs of our students and their families. We also recognize that there may be occasions when refunds are necessary. To ensure a smooth and fair refund process, we have outlined our refund policy below.
Refunds will only be considered for items that meet the following criteria.
The item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
The item is returned within [20] days of the original purchase date.
The item was purchased directly from Our Uniform Studio and not from a third-party vendor.
If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, please follow the steps below.
Contact the Our uniform shop or Our office to initiate a refund request.
Provide your original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Return the item to Our uniform shop or Our office in its original condition with all tags attached.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within [5] business days.
The following items are non-refundable.
Custom-made uniforms that are personalized with names or logos.
Items that have been altered or modified in any way.
Items that have been washed or worn.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process outlined above for a refund. Once we receive the item, we will process an exchange for the desired item, subject to availability.
